If you can keep 38 clean sheets you get a minimum 38 points in a season and the last time someone was relegated with 38 points was back 2010/11. No good scoring 2 a game if your conceding 3.

16 goals conceded with 30 clean sheets in 46, conceded (no more than 1 conceded a game) and lost 2 games all season would suggest they are already defensively solid. If they can loan/buy a few smart additions to sure up the defence and keep hold of Trafford they'll have a decent chance of staying up if they continue anything close to that form. Even scarier - if they can poach a decent CF who'll get them goals at this level they'll be a good little outfit.
Leeds and the Mackems will struggle next season. Burnley - solid defence. Parker also has experience of managing in the PL and doing an okay job.
Mackems will struggle in the Championship, they ain't getting past Sheff Utd. They were rubbish against Coventry and Sheff Utd are miles better. We'd obviously crush them if they went up, but they'd be a complete waste of space like Soton this year and Sheff Utd last year.
It's been a while since they were last at Wembley so a bath in the Traffy fountain is long overdue for them, when they say they're not just going to make the numbers up they're going there to clean up I now know what they actually mean !!
