Most heart attacks happen at home I believe, millions of people probably don't know how to do CPR nor have the device that resuscitates them, I include myself in that number. Now considering all that and the number of heart attacks that occur every year is it really stupid ****?
Doubt I’ll be able to watch much of it but good luck Sunlun. Want to see Wilder crying over a horrific refereeing decision. Miserable sandwich nonce.
There is a defibrillator unit on a wall in the next road to ours - and we have a community WhatsApp group with lots of different households on it stemming from Jubilee and Coronation Street parties - so most know about the defib - sound idea tbf
Sunderland would breath some fresh air into promotions although would then face a bigger challenge to stay-up without spending a fortune (which PSR will be all over) - Hamza Choudhry is on loan from us to Sheff United (with an option to buy) but I would quite like him back for next season's Championship campaign - and Tom Cannon is on the bench - never got a look in with us - but Saf assures me that he is ****e ... I'll go Sunderland - with fingers crossed for Saf ...
I'm Sunderland too tbh. That always gets mixed responses from all but @Saf knows how it is. I'm slightly more invested in Durham CCC today but will be supporting both.
Any team like Sunderland who when promoted to PL spend a **** load are stupid imo as they simply will not have the resources to match established PL teams and risk losing the qualities that got them promoted in the first place . Just buy a couple of players where an obvious upgrade exists and try to keep the basic system that got you promoted - though may need tweaking to deal with the extra quality of the PL
I'm not doing particularly well today.. I saw your post and wondered why, so I used Google and found out he died.. Apologies
I find the best system is to buy 5-10 premiership quality players and then create new managers to take control of other clubs to make them buy your championship players for the same sorts of prices. On a serious note though I've been pretty impressed with their owner in the past few years and they've done a good job of identifying younger players with potential. Their main issue if they don't come up is going to be keeping hold of players like Bellingham, they lost Jack Clarke last year. They seem to have a type they go for and it's working well, I suspect they'll sign a handful but mostly of under 23's in the knowledge that if they don't stay up they'll be a lot stronger the year after.
