Ashley Young is out of contract at Everton. I wonder if he would fancy one last hurrah back with us for the fun of it rather than the money? I wouldn't be against having an experienced head like him around for a year.

It was Ismael who sent him out on loan if I remember rightly - never understood why as he looked quite decent. Did quite well at Udinese too.

Hardly new - we're just hoping to sign him for another loan spell from Chelsea.

 

The way I read it in the article is that there is a new LB in addition to Caleb

 

Not sure if it means we are after another left back plus Wiley going by what has been said and suggested by others .

We've already got another one - Joao Ferreira

 

I think that Joao Ferreira is a right back and not a left back. Andrew French clearly states in his article in the Watford Observer that the new left back will be in addition to Wiley on loan because Larouci has returned to Troyes at the end of his loan so another option will be needed at left back.
