Not sure about the finances, talk Ramsdale wants to stay and just go on loan for the year. Dibling links seem to have gone quiet which either indicates nothing is happening or the deal is basically done so no point links coming out.

I still think he'll almost certainly go as he's just far too good for the championship.

He certainly won't get the same sort of love from another English club as he got from us at Leicester. Highly doubt that'll play a part but you never know.

Maybe not but he is far less likely to force a move to Leeds than someone like Spurs or Villa where he will get European football and maybe win a trophy.

 

Yeah agree on that but still think he’d far rather play for a PL team than a Champ one regardless of who it is.

If he stays with us then he is risking us not going up and then if we do he likely stays another year. If we don’t go up then maybe not as much interest in him as now/injury/poor season.

Go to a PL team now and he can showcase his talent again so if they go down he can just move on.

Well saying that I would in the sense that I don't expect them to pay that much for a player this Summer but if they agreed a few I think he'd probably go.

 

I think of anyone recently they have the best chance of staying up. I just don’t think, given a choice, he’d fancy another relegation battle.

 

Depends if the option is Leeds or Saints or Leeds/other top flight team or Saints.
