Wow. 1.35 billion shares issued. At a penny each. Only need to soar to 2p each for the owners to double their money.

TBH we were poor that day, although Allen's injury in the first couple of minutes didn't help, but didn't really deserve to draw that game....
The replay on the other hand we played them off the park and only a dodgy referee decision to disallow Micklewhite's goal and the woodwork robbed us of lifting the cup.....
    Am still bitter about that.....

    Going to Girona ✈️

QPR will be heading to Girona for pre-season training ahead of the 2025/26 campaign.

Following last season’s trip, the Rangers squad will return to northern Spain on 9th July for a ten-day training camp.

During their time on the Continent, the R’s will play their first friendly match, taking on Ligue 1 side Toulouse on Friday 18th July.

This fixture will take place at Stade Saint Michel in Canet-en-Roussillon, southern France, kicking off at 6pm local time (5pm BST).

Ticket information will be announced in due course.

The squad will return to London the following day.

Decent friendly against good opposition in a lovely part of France...... what could be better?

My friend and I were so dejected by the defeat in the replay we walked home to Hendon from Wembley. Just think that we could have had another trophy in our sparse trophy cabinet!

Saw a great stat. Kelman has played 60 games this season compared to a max 31 from any of our other strikers. Some debate about whether he’s up to it but just to have players who can stay fit playing every game is essential when your squad is as shallow as ours.

No news on Dunne but feel Saturday’s result means the Sheff U move is inevitable. Another success by the club developing a player to the point he’s really good then losing him for nothing to add to the list.

That's very troubling. 'We're getting well paid and we didn't really care.' That's unprofessional. To play professional football should be a privilege and you should always give it your best. To become a pro footballer you have to work really hard and live and breath it. Why would you then phone it in when you get there? Strange. Even playing on a Saturday afternoon or a Sunday morning I would give it everything, I would never want to let my team mates or manager down.

You’re looking at it from the perspective of someone whose profession meant he could never just dial it in, because people could have died if you were unprofessional. Most of us don’t have such a lot riding on our work. I’ve done plenty of different jobs and have generally enjoyed a lot of them and tried to do my best at all. But there have been occasions where I’ve not bothered that much - especially when I’ve felt that others around me weren’t up to it, or more especially when I’ve had a **** boss or was at a failing organisation. Usually in those circumstances I’ve moved on pretty quickly rather than hung around.

But I can really understand a professional footballer who finds himself in an overpaid dressing room at a chaotic club and also has enough self awareness to know that he will never be a really top class player or be in a team with a chance of winning something just thinking ‘**** it’, pick up the cheque and keep my head down. It stinks from a fans perspective but it’s just a job to most of them.
