Normally I'd always root against Spurs cos it's Spurs but I'm actually leaning towards them for a few reasons... I quite like Ange and it'd be funny if his trophy in second season thing came to pass after all the mockery be he got for it. Ange also massively hates VAR which makes it easy to root for him. After how **** they've been all season it'd be hilarious if Spurs ended up having a better season than Arsenal.
The other thing is winning this could give United a big boost and help push them on whereas I don't see that with Spurs and I'm enjoying United's demise. Plus it'd be funny to see Bruno cry. I do think United will win though.
Don't really like either club but I know a Spurs fan whose wife died suddenly earlier this year. Both in their 30s, she was taken into hospital with an infection and died a few days later. He deserves something positive in what's been about the ****tiest year possible so I hope they win.
I know it's irrational but it's triggering me that they're both teams are kicking towards their fans in the first half. Feels wrong in a cup final.
