When? The next time they play Madrid in the cl?

The last time was 200x whenever and the only time I ever heard anyone refer to arsenal beating real was in the run up to that tie this year.

    Yes I'd agree.

Saka is a dirty player. He was the one who went in last year and elbowed tsimikas into klopp. (And dislocated his shoulder.)

    He's the first to flop

He's the first to be all over the ref for a free or pen or a card.

He's always faking an injury when subbed as his ego seemingly can't take being subbed.

He is 100% their most influential player but he also very.much representative of their issues.

Other nasty sorts are ben white (absolute tramp) and skelly (really snide little player)

Don't think he has been their most influential this year , though his drop in form is nothing compared to Odegaard , i would probably give that to Gabriel or Rice .

It seems like Arsenal (similar to city) have been coached to within an inch of their lives and now every single thing is choreographed and it’s made them super predicable.

they got away with it at start season as were deadly from set pieces, then that dried up and haven’t been able to break teams down from open play.

Even yesterday, they had a series of corners v Newcastle and Odegard wa standing edge of box 15 yards ahead Saka 3 times and he just ignored him to put it into box. I guess the one time they did do it they ****ed up the delivery, but at least it made Newcastle run out of shape.

I think Neville said it on comms, you can almost predict arsenals next pass every time, and although patterns of play are great and show identity, you still need moments of individualism to make a difference - something players like TAA, Salah, Diaz have for us.

    They are key yes.

Saka is at least their most influential forward or creative player.

He actually coaches like he’s in charge of under 10’s and they need to be told what to do and where to be every second of the game.

Must be ****ing exhausting after a while for the players

I can't recall who was described like this before as unemployable to play for.

Not necessarily pep but people.like Hodgson and the like who are kljust a tactical straight jacket.

I know Gerrard wrote about benetiz and houllier like that but I thought there was more recent examples

and i would guess without checking Havertz despite being injured for months is by stats their most important forward player

Seeing the reaction kdb is getting… it’s such a shame that TAA isn’t going to get something similar. But my god the day vvd and Salah leave lfc is going to be some celebration at the ground.
