Robinson misses out because he will be involved in what will essentially be a friendly on Sunday. It seems pretty obvious to me that he would gain more from playing tonight than for the poor excuse for the first team. We have so clearly given up that I just don't see how it would help a young player to play in that environment.
Perhaps, but it would be odd to let players pick and choose what games they want to play and I'd be surprised for anyone to turn down a final you'd worked all season to reach. Just seems a weird one to me.
