One thing I noticed (maybe read too much into it) was how gutted THB looked at coming off injured. It could be that he is upset at missing the lap of honour next week or that he thinks it’s a serious injury and it could **** up him getting a move away.

That lap of honour will be something though.

Our u21s have reached the final of the Premier League 2 (will play Man City). This is very impressive and suggests we have several players on the verge of stepping up.

Robinson, Ballard, Sanda are the obvious ones. I reckon Sesay, O'Brien-Whitmarsh, Dipepa, Bragg and Akachukwu will spend pre-season with the first team squad. Maybe more.

When I watched them a couple of weeks back I posted how good Bragg looked, especially as he was always looking for a forward pass. I added a caveat that the opponents were happy to sit back and give him space and time but I would like to see him given some minutes in the preseason games.
Watching him was like watching an old fashioned play maker from the 60/70s with everyone looking to get the ball to him to pick out passes.
    Hope I haven’t overhyped him.

Yeah he is u21 captain, and was getting a few sub appearances for the first team in the FA cup last season, so he must be close. He looks to be of the Smallbone-build though, which is slightly concerning, and apparently he struggled on loan in League One.

Arsenal essentially secured 2nd place with their win over Newcastle. Could be a complete damp squib of a game with them not bothered and mentally checked out, whilst we will likely continue to put in the minimal effort without just lying down and/or just try to defend our 18 yard box and bore them to death. Can't wait.

Goons have been struggling for goals a bit this season. Maybe we can bore them into an ugly and joyless 0-0. Only the Beautiful Game would lise.
