Missus and middle daughter (only one currently at home) gone on health kick - so tasked me with cooking up a healthy meal whilst also using up anything needing using up in fridge ... so here it is - a four bean chilli con carne with **** knows how many of your '5 a day" Will reduce for another hour but already tastes lovely - Ingredients: 1 kilo of 5% steak mince 3 Onions Radishes thinly sliced (fridge use up) 4 large cloves of garlic (diced) 2 sticks of celery (fridge use up) A bag of fresh jalapeños (Waitrose do them) 2 teaspoons of Pimenton 2 teaspoons of Chipotle paste Bag of fresh Oregano finely chopped 1 tin of Rosecoco beans 1 tin of Black beans 1 tin of Cannellini beans 1 rin of Flageolet beans 2 teaspoons of soft dark sugar Salt
