    Santon should be alright at CB, he's tall, strong and fast, good with both feet....I'm sure he'll be fine and will turn out to be a fantastic player for us once he gets a chance in the team (today most likely!)

    It will be down to Pardew not wanting to rush him. Thats what has happened far too many times with Newcastle. Buy a player, get excited about it. The club rush him, next thing you know he's leaving to a lesser club. His career in ruins. *Albert Luque*

    Nope, im fully in support of Pards not rushing the fella. He cant even speak english fully yet. So it would be foolish to rush him

    Pardew has said he isn't up to the physicality of the prem yet, so I assume he's getting extra training, it will only be a matter of time now.
