Yeah mine doesn't say that. Definitely sounds like a cock up. On a less important note I have just noticed that the ticket site seems to think the Kingsland side of the chapel is still the family section lol.
It was the same last year too. One of our party relocated to the Northam, and yet his Chapel seat continued to be reserved for the remainder of the renewal window.
Spoke to ticket office and if you do the payment plan you can call up and pay off random lump sums or the remaining balance, if you ever wanted to.
Renewal window closed yesterday so we should get an idea of how many non renewals there were. Page doesn't seem to work at the minute though.
Even though they publicly announced the window closed yesterday, it continued to remain open today - but I believe has now just been shut.
