    Beggars belief that we had fans who thought we should focus on the league instead of the cups when we had our good spell. Will never understand it.

    I'll never forgive Poch for that Sunderland game in 2014. Route to the final after that would have been Hull and Sheffield United.

    Yeah I know but I think we went strong for it?

    In 2014 we had literally nothing to play for in the league and Poch rested players for a last 16 tie where the competition was as open as it was this year.

    I was just saying to Mrs Lincs, I'm so happy for them but I'll admit to more than a touch of jealousy. Even when we were the best I've ever seen us we never managed it. I really don't think it'll ever happen in my lifetime
