Well what a 24 hours. Firstly thanks to those for encouragement to come up for it solo. I was alone on the way up but sure as hell wasn’t once I arrived. Just an utterly incredible atmosphere and ending. It was an ungodly hour when I finally made it all the way back home but worth every second.

Some may recall I had the unfortunate pleasure of watching the mags win the league cup earlier this year through some unavoidable corporate hospitality through work. Well, seems that was me paying my dues as I called a favour from the same contacts and lo and behold my prayers were answered, and me & the lad will be at Wembley next Saturday. Corporate boxes have all the great views, but no shirts permitted and none of you mad lot, not where i want to be but at least we’ll be there. Will need to soak it all up before we head in, and after once we’ve won of course

We lose - probably topping their season like a cherry.

We win - it puts the ****s up them (anything you can do and all that)

Nice to see some older posters back instead of the moaners who moan about moaners moaning etc etc. Midfield was ****e yesterday, if it weren't we wouldn't have needed extra time.

If they had took their chances in normal time they would have had three of four. Do I give a **** now? No, those are just the facts. At the time I couldn't believe how little we controlled the game in the middle offensively.

That must be a record for watching a goal, how many different angles? Its like a time machine, youre going back to see different perspectives every view.

    Samed seems a character mind.

My son is called Ross (currently) but I'm open to and have suggested to him that we legally change it to Mayenda.

Son showed me a video of a house over 2 miles from tge ground and the noise they could hear from that distance was incredible.

Like everybody I've watched a lot of videos over the last two days and what pleases me is the reaction of those players who weren't involved on the night . The joy and emotion is shared throughout the squad , great to see Samed seems to be well into it :emoticon-0102-bigsm

Fabulous that video, fabulous , was this the greatest goal ever at the SoL yes and Hjelde, only put on for the penalty shoot out played a huge part in it, clearing the path at the near post, I would not be too dissapointed if he got the nod tbh. Cirkin is a fine wing back but is caught out of position too much to be untouchable at full back.

I'm not one for giving advice but I'll make an exception with all this.

Watch everything you want to watch, as many times as you like, and soak it all up ...

... after Wembley, if we don't win, it'll be much harder to look at.

I'm having another session tonight <laugh>

Was going to save this for the match thread when it appears, but I want to see Rigg and Mundle on the wings at Wembley. Le Fee in the 10 behind Isidor and use Mayenda as an impact sub

Shame it hasn’t worked for samed, dressing room seems to love him and seems a really likeable character. I still think he’s just a proper DM but doesn’t necessarily suit our play as much

Isidor over Mayenda to start? Interesting. I would be tempted to go with the team the finished on Tuesday and have Isidor as a sub mainly due to I think Mayenda seems to offer more up front for me. Glad I'm not RLB <laugh>
