So we go from leaving all our signings to the last week of the window last season to trying to sign players half a month before the window actually opens.
We know from reports that it's more than likely to be 3.5m euros with a 40% sell on. So then it's possible to know what he likely needs to leave for for us to break even or better.
Even so, surely it’s 40% of any sell on profit so if we only sold for £3.5m we’d still make 60k on the deal
Puerta.. “Yes, it was the right decision. What I was looking for was to play more, and I found that at Hull City. I was able to play 31 games, which for a footballer is a good number of games in a season, so I think it was the right decision,” he said. The player stated Hull City will make his stay permanent, when AS specifically asked him about his renewal with the Tigers. “It’s very important to know that I made the right decision and that, thanks to my performance and what I did well, the club is buying me. For me, it’s very important and gratifying to know that I’ve been doing things well,” Puerta explained. Recent claims have stated clubs from England and Italy have taken notice of Puerta’s performances for Hull City. The South American, however, claims he isn’t aware of these links. “I honestly don’t know much. In football, there are all kinds of rumours, but right now my mind is on enjoying a little family vacation, continuing to prepare for next season, and then seeing what happens in the future,” he added.

Can see Hughes and Pandur going this summer in addition to Alzate, Puerta, Kamara etc. and I don’t blame them one bit. Like Seri last season, a lot of our better players will want out because they see this club as the dead-end it is. Fat boy might even let them go cheap if they ask him nicely.
Much will depend on the new appointment as to who will want to leave. But I've a feeling we're going to have to raise funds to strengthen, so I'd question whether we'd realistically be able to say no to any decent offer that came in for anyone.
No it wouldn't, because we all know 'Umberside was a fantasy place dreampt up by the politicians who didn't ****ing live here. ****s. Politicians are ****s, not you.
Cheers pal. Not being a **** actually means something on here from you. Usual suspects I'd take the term as a compliment tbh. Agree that Humberside was a made up place.
