Any monitoring of the tickets used must be very minimal, there are loads of people in the north stand who go in on teenagers tickets but look 30+. It's really rife in there.
No idea who that is but I see a lot of people who look older than me using teenagers tickets and I'm 32.
As you come through the turnstile and walk into the stadium, there's a different coloured light to show which 'pass' is being used, visible as you walk through, though I doubt the minimum wage steward on the other side would do anything
I think it's just the screen on the scanner itself, which you can see if you're queueing behind the person using it. I'm not certain but I know I've seen it plenty of times.

I'd be embarrassed to be doing it. If you can't pay £40 a month to help the club you claim to support then you're a dick. Simple as that. Same people would be crying if they ordered a take away and a child's portion was sent instead when they've paid for a full meal.
