    Out today for a bimble with mates - this was stonking, home-made haddock fish fingers in a bakery made soft bap/bun, decent salad, frozen chips but they were ok. £13.50

    After a life of confusion naming ''that'' I'm truly bolloxed - growing up in Hull it was always bread cake, mum from Nottingham called 'em baps (a good Hull lad knows what baps are :emoticon-0111-blush) and my wife, cockney that she is, calls 'em buns. ''Whatever'' as the kids say <laugh>

    I find it doesn’t really matter what you call it as long as you don’t call it anything other than a cob in the East Midlands, in which case you better be a black belt at martial arts, be feeling suicidal or a mixture of both.

    He used to make it like was gravy or a juice it was mushy but so tasty.

    That’s food all prepped…spatchcock chicken in a lemon juice, pepper & chilli glaze. Into the Aga to slow cook for 5 hours

    Did an amazing event with the company this week.

    Where a Michelin Stared chef (and his Sous chef) split the 15 of us into 4 teams and we prepared and cooked a four course meal.

    Each course was paired with a different wine.

    The food was amazing and our employees absolutely loved it.

    I would definitely do it again.
