He's certainly a good option if fit as a 3rd or 4th choice. A player of his quality would blow our budget.

No it's not. The rest of us just realise he's now past it. Were not diminishing his last with us. He's been a brilliant player for us. But he's finished as a footballer in the PL.
We’ve got Isak then very little - because Wilson is clart man. Nearly won the game? It was a break and when he got a chance he completely ****ed it up. His goal tally speaks for itself. Why you defending him? He’s had his moments but he’s utter crap now.
I'm fully aware his speed has diminished, however I'm also aware he offers something our other forwards don't, and we need more strikers, so unless you're buying two, which is very expensive, then it's easier to keep him on a lower wage if he accepts. He's also a great presence, sets a good example, and he's good fun to have around the place.
I agree with all this. However his lack of pace results in the opposition CB being able to match his "darts" into the 6 yard area a lot of the time.
