A bit different this, anyone have any experience with extended depth of field (EDOF) replacement lenses? I've a cataract that needs doing and I've been offered these as one of 3 options, the other 2 being monofocal or tri-focal. Seems to me like they might be a good compromise but I don't know anyone who has them.
