Super mod got back to me and said they done a manual override on your permissions and hopefully that will solve this issue. Try editing the thread title again and get back to me.

This bit wasn't suggested to me so probably wouldn't help but in the past when there were gremlins in the system for me, I logged out and logged back in again. You never know, that might be needed for the overrides (that the super mod has done) to kick in

 

Yay! The supermod override worked! I now have permission to edit thread titles again.
