Thanks for the therapy guys. Really interesting comments from Steve ref ABK. At least thats a couple of plausible explanation's of why he’s continually on the bench but hasn’t played.

Welcome to Episode 310 of the Total Saints Podcast, your home for all things Southampton Football Club!

    • Ivan Juric Under Pressure – Just one win in nine, and Saints have now conceded 25 goals under his management. Is it time to consider a change before the season is out?
    • Chelsea Preview – Saints head to Stamford Bridge on Tuesday night. Even Ruben Selles managed to win there last season - any chance we pull off a shock?

I feel the same as you guys now. It used to be Monday therapy, but I am so detached from the team that I actually don’t care anymore. Just want the season to be over. Been going for 49 years and this is the first time I actually don’t care about the results

    • Wolves Preview – It’s been a disastrous season, but with Wolves visiting St Mary’s, can Saints finally deliver something for the home fans?
Join Martin Starke, Steve Grant (SaintsWeb), Glen de la Cour (League One Minus 10), and Alfie House (The Daily Echo) as they break down the Liverpool performance, discuss the tactical changes, and look ahead to a rare opportunity for points.

Welcome to Episode 314 of the Total Saints Podcast, your home for all things Southampton Football Club!

    • Crystal Palace Preview – Football is back after a two-week break, but with Saints in freefall and Palace in form, is there any hope of a midweek miracle at St Mary’s?
    • Club Finances – The latest accounts have been released, and while there’s a reported £5.7m profit, the numbers suggest big player sales are inevitable this summer. Who could be heading out the door?
    • Juric Still In Charge – Despite losing 11 of his first 12 games, Juric remains in the job. Are the club just waiting for relegation to be confirmed?
Join Martin Starke, Steve Grant (SaintsWeb), Glen de la Cour (League One Minus 10), and Alfie House (The Daily Echo) as they break down the week’s big stories, preview a huge few days ahead, and look at what the finances reveal about Saints’ long-term future.

Welcome to Episode 315 of the Total Saints Podcast, your home for all things Southampton Football Club!

    Coming up this week:
    • Crystal Palace Review – A rare bright spot in a dark season? Saints draw 1-1 with an in-form Palace side after a much-improved performance. But a 91st-minute equaliser still felt like a gut punch.
    • Tottenham Preview – A trip to North London looms… and with the wrong results, Saints could be mathematically relegated by Sunday night.
Join Martin Starke, Steve Grant (SaintsWeb), and Glen de la Cour (League One Minus 10) as they reflect on a rare “almost” moment, talk tactics, and look ahead to what could be a defining weekend for Southampton FC.

Welcome to Episode 319 of the Total Saints Podcast, your home for all things Southampton Football Club!

    • Positives and Concerns – Jack Stephens on the scoresheet, good performances from KWP and Downes, but major questions over the striking options for next season.
    • Leicester City Preview – It’s the one we’ve been waiting for… El Crap-ico! Could Saints pick up their last realistic points of the season before facing Man City, Everton, and Arsenal?

Welcome to Episode 320 of the Total Saints Podcast, your home for all things Southampton Football Club!

    Coming up this week:
    • Leicester Review – Just when you think it can’t get worse, Saints deliver another limp performance and lose 2-0 to Leicester. From unmarked Vardy goals to more poor substitutions—this was a new low.
    • Rusk Sympathy? – Is it even fair to blame Simon Rusk for this mess? With a squad running on fumes and nothing to play for, what else could he do?
    • Man City Preview – The penultimate home game of the season, and it’s against Pep’s City. If they turn up, this could be a mauling. Can Saints avoid further embarrassment?
    • Club Sale & SR Questions – Rumours about a sale swirl again. Would Saints fans welcome the end of the Sport Republic era?
Join Martin Starke, Steve Grant (SaintsWeb), Glen de la Cour (League One Minus 10), and Alfie House (The Daily Echo) as they dissect another grim defeat, preview the inevitable, and ask what the future could look like.

Tbh, couldn’t bear to tune in after the suffering last Saturday. Finally, calmed down a bit & just listened. Thank you, especially Glen. Absolutely spot on throughout. Not much more to add apart from a heartfelt thanks to all for helping me cope this season. It’s been abysmal.
