Out of interest, Ben Bloom on Utube, asked for everyones top championship XI from the season just ended, plus 5 subs and a coach...
Note...Only a maximum of 2 players from one club.

So the FACT that he'd represented Turkey at every junior level, had 6 senior appearances for Turkey and 140 appearances in the Turkish SL by the age of 22 is irrelevant ... or at least makes him comparable with 'made up player' from Stockport County. Yep, Christ on a bike!!
The made up player from Stockport county would probably play more minutes than Sinik.
Didn't insurance cover Mason's contract? No idea about the transfer fee though. What a coup his signing was!

He still employed the high press without the players to and had Macca and Coyle bombing into the box despite that being neither of their games.
Rosey got the best out of Coyle, having him arrive late onto balls to put them into the box. He’s got a great right foot, not very good in confined spaces.
Persisted with one up front despite none of our forwards de being capable of playing the role.
Giles and Drameh could potentially have made a very good set of wing backs and we had 4 very good centre halves available and only one real winger but moving to a back 5 wasn’t Selles style. Neither was 2 up front. Or sitting back without the press. Or not trying to make anyone positioned in the full back role attack the box and be our main attacking outlet.
So, we had the 4th best defensive record from when Selles came in, and we scored the fewest goals in the league over the season.
But you think we should have played an extra defender and 2 forwards instead of 3.

We survived by the skin of our teeth. Our performances were ****ing dreadful. The players looked like they didn’t know each other or have a clue what to do with the ball.
And you think he did a good job. The resident piss head that would stay up til 8am arguing that the grass is red.

Yeah I mean, there’s missing the point. And then there’s missing the point. But you probably just woke up and had your breakfast whisky so I suppose 4-1= >4 has some kind of logic to you bamboozled brain.
Point is in your own words to play fewer forwards and more defenders to solve a goalscoring,/creative problem which was evident before the manager even got here.
