York fall short by 6 points... beat the 3rd Forest Green by 13 points.. not sure how the Play offs work...
I was remarking on the fact there are 6 teams in the play offs... Do the 4,5,6,7 play each either then the winners play 2 and 3 and then winners play a final..?
Is the same as all league play offs. But could google it I tried google earlier when I wanted to know what the definition of a Teacher was.
Its not.... in other league play off there are 4 teams... but im not getting into a bun fight about it.
This explains it https://www.thenationalleague.org.uk/how-do-the-play-offs-work-in-the-national-league-83446
in the national league, the final play-off place was either gateshead or southend. and they just happened to be playing each other. it ended 0-0 and southend took 7th place. gateshead were doing well earlier in the season but they went off - just 2 wins and 3 draws in their last 14 games. the 14 included a spell of 9 defeats in 11.
Funny, I was around a few pubs in Kidderminster yesterday, mentioned the sacking, nobody knew what I was talking about. Don't think football's too big in Kidderminster. Decent beer but otherwise a pretty uninspiring place.
