Think Sunderland A&E could still be busy with dislocated shoulders with people congratulations themselves
Gone massively under the radar but QPR are 6th in the 30 game form table. That’s mental to me. Boro 15th
Little update from Derbyshire. A very quiet morning so far! Not many have opened their curtains. At 11am I will start the bacon, see if that stirs my eldest who was last heard crashing through the back door at 1am having been out all day, before and after their match
I fully believe we will see a completely different performance for the next 2/3 games. No matter what people say, getting a full performance from players for essentially non games with a £200 million game run of 2 or 3 games to come was always unrealistic. Avoiding tackles, holding back in case of muscle injury and lots of other reasons for players to have what appears to be a below par game but the next run of games are massive and our players will give their all. I’ve been relaxed about the last couple of months games. We haven’t turned into a bad team, we’ve just had nothing to play for and risking an injury which would mean missing these games was not worth it. Not any more though. Just you watch. We will be back to our best and on Friday Coventry will not know what hit them.
Very surprised at that mind, we’ve been dreadful since the turn of the year. We’ve lost more games than we’ve won in the last 20 surely? Is that a sign that the league is just ****e this season?
When you see two teams getting 100 points it looks a great league. But then are the rest of us just much of a muchness? Hard to know. If we had played first half the season like we did the second we would be nowhere near I suspect. We have been jeckyll and hyde in many ways. Hope we get our first half of season selves come Friday. That version wasnt far off a 90 point team.
Absolutely mate, that’s the biggest kick in the teeth. For that first half of the season there was 4 teams a cut above by the rest far. Mates a Boro fan was messaging him this morning and he’s obviously not happy reckons manager wasn’t backed in January but irregardless of that on paper they should be miles ahead of the likes of Millwall, Blackburn and Bristol City in my opinion.
