I don't think many doctors or nurses are coming over on the small boats. It goes without saying that the migrants who come here legally and contribute to society and the economy are to be treasured and applauded. The only way for Labour to claw back any semblance of control is to build internment camps forthwith. They need to literally empty the hotels, round up every illegal and place them in secure camps. It's the only viable, sensible and safe option.
It's a little concerning that we have an unknown amount of foreign sex pests wandering around. Only the demented of mind see no issue with the current situation. And yes, we have enough of our own dross to deal with.

Honestly , any one here claiming asylum / immigration status etc who commits a crime should be returned to country of origin . We have enough scum living here , filling our jails , costing taxpayers money … without adding to it. One strike and out .
