A statement from myself; I am stepping down as the match thread starter with immediate effect. Its been short and not particularly sweet, but I feel the hopes of the match threads will be better placed in someone else's hands. I make no further comment at this time.

From the very first whistle and in pretty much every other game this season we have been flat footed and slow to react to lose balls or the frequent lose passes that require the receiving player to quickly readjust his position to get to the ball. The players just aren’t professional enough or aware of their surroundings.
