I think our relentless pressing at the start of the season paid dividends and made us look much better than we actually are. Once we stopped being able to maintain that intensity, the flaws began to show. We changed tact and started to play more direct to Isidor and we've barely had an ounce of group creative play since. It's been individual brilliance or nothing for a long time. People have said something recently about our midfield 3 which I think can sort of be applied to our whole team - we have some players who are excellent individually, but it just doesn't quite work as a collective. We might need to make some big decisions this summer and sell really talented players and replace them with those who are a better "fit". That all starts with us figuring out what type of team we are and how we want to play though, because this team doesn't have any identity any more.
Coventry confirmed. Absolute uphill task now and will have to pull something out of the bag to pull it off. Coventry will be chuffed playing us. At least it’s effectively a cup tie. But we’re underdogs and will have to put our best 2 performances since January to go through.

Apparently results did not matter and we were trying to get players back for play offs and now we are throwing Dan up front ?? I do not think RLB has had any plan, he seems to make it up every week. He had 6 weeks to get a shape and play players in their preferred positions. Enzo has to play central and let wingers play out wide. Pick 4 best defenders and choose someone to put ball in the net. Stop making the job look complicated.
No urgency. No real plan. The players need a proper kick up the backside before the playoffs. Not sure RLB’s capable of that. Prove me wrong.

Got no confidence atm me If we bkmb out of the playoffs after utter **** performances for months now I don’t think we stick with RLB. We’ve not had one sign of postive minded football for ****ing months. I try my hardest to be positive but this whole situation feels wrong and it stinks. that said onto playoffs now I yet again will say I hope we sort our **** out. But I’ve said this for months now
