Apart from Mundle, that's our strongest team. Bench looking the strongest it has for a long time as well.
Haway, made it up, sun shining on the North Sea, cracking atmosphere around the ground. Have a great day all!
Good to see Cirkin in the starting line up. That's the best team we can put out and I'm confident this is how we start the playoffs. Mundle will be an impact player off the bench for the semis. RLB picking Mayenda is a big call (the right one). Today is the day for the big performance. 3-0 Mayenda, Rigg, Jobe
Likely first leg line up then. Did write off Watson but then this week it is creeping in my mind are we more balanced with him and can then get Le fee central. Quite disappointing we’ll never get to see ELF/Jobe/Neil as a three. Cirkin back is such a boost. Obviously would like the win, not in the group that thinks we need a dominant performance but I really think we need to see some sort of attacking patterns and chance creation brought back into the performance. Is a kind fixture considering our form but also will be the total opposite to the play off games so not perfect prep in that sense. Think it’s important to get the positive mood back in the stadium because the biggest month in a decade for the club is upon us. Haway the lads.
Bloody typical! All set to watch the match at the Sheepfolds….and I get called out for work!! Might get back home for the second half. Enjoy everyone
Think the only thing missing from that team would be mundle starting on the LW, then being able to push Enzo into the middle. Nowt on Rigg, the lads a talent, but mundle and mayenda are both match winners in my mind, and Le Fee is too good to be wasted outside of his preferred position
I do agree with this, but we have to remember that we've not seen a lot of Le Feé in his best position and he doesn't necessarily have those relationships built with Jobe and Neil that you develop by player 20/30 games together. This might be the best way to get the most out of Jobe/Neil/Rigg whilst still getting a tune out of Le Feé.
