IIRC the big issue with Tamworth is we did a solitary training session on a plastic pitch and called it good Guessing we'll be having a few heavy sessions on the plastic pitches at Hotspur Way this time

Should we make it to Bilbao, I'm not going to the stadium again. I went in 2019 and it was a gut wrenching experience. I'm not doing that again. I'm going somewhere dark and private. No more sharing of grief. This time it's just me and that empty feeling... All those lost FA Cup semi-finals and a few finals (especially Blackburn and Liverpool) have left their scars. 2008 seems a long time ago...and even though I watched it amongst a host of Chelsea boys, it hasn't been enough to offset all the disappointments. Alone, dark, quiet...that's how you suffer and take your medicine.
It’s either pub with family or stadium with mates for me. I was tempted to go Bilbao, there are flights to Barca for £65 return from Stansted and then hire a camper for about £50 a day so all in it’d only be about £200-£250 which isn’t too bad at all but I’d only wanna go Bilbao if I had a match ticket and seeing as for the last few years since moving down south I’ve been selling the majority of my ST matches, I don’t think I’ll have the required points for a final ticket anymore, rumours are it’s 15k tickets for each set of fans, I’d imagine nowadays I’d be about 25k-30k in terms of points standings.
I should state that’s just the rumour but I think it was around similar numbers/ percentages in other recent finals. More to corporate than actual fans.

I’ve maintained that we can win this competition, however, I should have pointed out that United were the one team I wouldn’t wanna face. - and it’s highly likely they’ll make the final. My life as a Spurs fan is haunted by being beaten by united either in semi’s or finals. Whilst they’re as ****e as we are, I see another final where the pip us, tbh.
