Just went for a run then came home and cleaned my windows in this gorgeous weather. Got a golf lesson later. I'm still **** but getting slightly better

Morning. Got the weighted vest out for a walk on the seafront amongst all the jogging nonces. No one ever looks like they’re having a nice time jogging. It even sounds ****. Jogging. Warm already and playing football this afternoon.
Glorious day - painting fences ... at a very leisurely pace ... and Beer O'clock likely starting a tad earlier than lunchtime... it's most important to remain hydrated!
Got some time off, just having a brew then out for a walk with the dog while it's cool. I'll do some domestic stuff, make a spag bol for tonight then go for another walk and have a pint.

Morning. Greg Davies and an El Pesacdor last night. Food -100% to drawer. Greg Davies - 70% hilarious 30% a bit meh. My eldest is 19 today, another meal out and a few beers later. Although he got home last night at the same time as me and was bladdered, so he might not fancy it tonight. Just having a McD breakfast and they only gave me one sausage disc in my double sausage and egg. ****ers. Happy BH weekend everyone, was there any football last night or anything?
