I always think it’s ridiculous having them before the end of the season anyway.
I’d put it into the players contracts that they have to be available a few days after the end of the season and have it after the last game.

It must cost us something to cancel it you'd think? Sponsors etc who would've been paying for tables now being refunded presumably. Doesn't entirely line up with us being desperate for cash, but I dunno, maybe the amounts involved are negligible.

 

Well they wouldn’t be interrupted would they because they’d know at the start of the season they were tied up until post the awards.

 

Isn't it just postponed rather than cancelled

 

I think they are going to have a player of the year award(s), just not an evening

 

I think Kamara just hasn’t been half as bad as some people like to make out. Longman is gone so they need someone else to poopoo instead.

And on that note don’t you wish we still had Longman here.
