Maybe it was a marketing thing. But I do need to upgrade my old Samsung, so Google Pixel it is. https://www.bbc.co.uk/sport/football/articles/cn8vqxpeql8o
Isn't that where the Halton Castle is? My sister lives in Hayman's Green. Back in the day, that used to be a fab pub crawl on a Summer's evening. Started off at The Standard and worked our way up to the Miller via the Village. That was 45 years ago though... The Village is thumping again, according to my daughter. More micro-bars than big pubs now, and a few snazzy bistros. We ate at a new-ish Mexican steakhouse called Curreto's, or something, on Easter Day. Went there just after Christmas too. ****ing lovely. Sound all that Latin American barbeque/grill stuff. My daughter took a few of her mates over for the Taylor Swift concert last year and stayed at my sister's. They went to the Village the night before, and to The Strand/Albert Dock after the concert. Her generation from Yorkshire LOVE Liverpool and Manchester.
Close. Nearest is the Sefton Arms. Been sometime since I've been, as they don't live there anymore. I mean they are both still technically there, but at St Marys church
So will the odegaard(sp) camera cut outs be mass produced for just the arsenal game? Curious of course.
"When I were a lad" all man utd fans could say was "we are the bigger club" as thr whined about our successes Now what do I hear from that ardent London Manchester rio ferdinand? " we are by far the bigger club" Firmly off their perch now.
Which Liverpool players and staff will receive Premier League winners medals? Twenty-one players have already made at least five Premier League appearances for 2024-25 champions Liverpool this season, guaranteeing them a medal. They are: Goalkeepers - Alisson Becker, Caoimhin Kelleher Defenders - Trent Alexander-Arnold, Conor Bradley, Virgil van Dijk, Ibrahima Konate, Joe Gomez, Jarell Quansah, Andrew Robertson, Kostas Tsimikas Midfielders - Ryan Gravenberch, Wataru Endo, Alexis Mac Allister, Harvey Elliott, Curtis Jones, Dominik Szoboszlai Forwards - Mohamed Salah, Diogo Jota, Darwin Nunez, Luis Diaz, Cody Gakpo Italian forward Federico Chiesa, who signed for about £10m from Juventus last summer, has made only four appearances in the Premier League this season, totalling 33 minutes. Meanwhile, third-choice goalkeeper Vitezslav Jaros and young striker Jayden Danns, now on loan at Sunderland, have played a single game each. Awarding a medal to those three players would mean Liverpool still have 16 to allocate as they wish. Manager Arne Slot and his two assistants, Sipke Hulshoff and former Everton defender Johnny Heitinga, will almost certainly be awarded medals. The likes of physical performance coach Ruben Peeters, individual performance coach Aaron Briggs, and goalkeeping coach Fabian Otte could be next in line. There are also seven other young players who have not featured in the Premier League for Liverpool this season but have played in other competitions. They are Trent Kone-Doherty, Isaac Mabaya, James McConnell, Tyler Morton, Rio Ngumoha, Amara Nallo and Trey Nyoni. Even if Liverpool were to allocate a medal to all of the above, there would still be three remaining.
