It might surprise you, but I never complained about the lack of signings, and always held the position of waiting for the right ones. Did I think we'd win the cup? Absolutely not.
Faith is the excuse people use for believing something without a good reason. I think we now have a good reason to believe right wing isn't in the urgent need we perhaps thought, given the emergence of Murphy, and Osula. The amount of times I hear people saying things like ' we should have just signed him' or 'surely he could do a job for us', but we don't want 'just' anything and we want players who can do more than 'a job' here and there.They don't need to rush things anyway.
He's more than capable of playing there. I'm not saying another player isn't required, but the rush wasn't a good idea. It's more important to get it right.
