The PL was rebranded for the 2016 -2017 season, so you’ve not actually won this league, whereas Pool have won it twice

Nah .... still the Premier League ... run by ... err... the Premier League ... just as the old (less competitive) First Division was always run by the Football League ... their top League was rebranded as The Championship ... but it's still run by the Football League...
