So after me dissing it as a circus. Apparently it was a great fight <laugh>. Hope all who bought it enjoyed it. <cheers>

you don’t need to be great fighters to have a great fight.

Ben Went hell for leather from round 1. Credit to Eubank though held his gaurd well. the latter rounds were basically toe to toe. No massive punches landed i had Eubank winning aswell but it wasnt 4 rounds.

Maybe you heard about my nephew aidy Lewis...he was British and commonwealth champion and won the Lonsdale belt outright :emoticon-0146-punch...Barry mcguigan nicknamed him the 'mighty atom' seeing as he stood around 4ft 10"...he unfortunately lost a European title challenge to a french guy,he now runs a boxing club in Radcliffe and it's doing well <ok>

Never had the fortune of watching him live but yeah I've definitely heard of him. I remember him fighting Nicky Booth. I always had Lewis down as a lad who fought further south than the area I used to visit but it's been a while.

Alan Bosworth is a mate of mine, he never earned much from boxing despite being decent at it, a few British title fights and a European. He held down a full time job at the council at the time, he’s 57 now and self employed doing garden and building clearances

One of my favourite fights was when he fought culshaw ...and we were outnumbered by loads of his Scouser supporters, aidy was knocked down in the first round and we feared the worst but he came back to stop culshaw in a fabulous display....proper :emoticon-0146-punch

Eubank is still in hospital trying to recover.

That will be the dehydration. Hope he recovers well.

Agreed, Eubank took his body to the limit to hit the weight, his dad was right, it shouldn’t be allowed but promoters just see the £s

It made me smile when Benn said “I heard he had a broken Jaw” he knows it’s the hydration issue.

On another note, there are some cracking replies on Social Media to footage of Billy Joe Saunders trying to enter his dressing room.
