    Or play Squid Games.
The bloody elimination of your opponents has more of a Catholic Church vibe.

I used to be a regular churchgoer in my youth. One of the priests at my then local church is now one of the Cardinals in the Conclave.

Only one of them's from London, so I'm going to guess it's Radcliffe?
Sounds like one of the more intellectual and progressive Cardinals.

The current crop all seem to be ancient.
I'm not sure if that's a reflection on society or the church itself.

I'd like Marx to get the gig - just for the ironic banz of the name.
If not that, then one of the 2 Canadian candidates - just to rile Trump up even more! <laugh>

Even the Republicans aren't buying her trolling bullshit.
That may be because she's Colombian, though.

It is Radcliffe and he is definitely intellectual and progressive. Would make a great Pope IMHO.

My grandmother was born in 1882 (something else of interest happened that year), and died in 1971 so witnessed both those events.

That year also saw the United States pass the Chinese Exclusion Act, which prohibited all immigration of Chinese labourers, marking the first significant law restricting immigration into the U.S.
