In truth, watching it again there was no attempt to play the ball, and he scraped the back of his ankle.
Different class, different league, cant lay a glove on them. I think one of outstanding differences is their movement off the ball.
Another difficult watch glad the crowd stuck with them though.
How poor are West Ham if they can’t beat that Southampton side. One of your supporters predicted Leif would make the England squad, he’s a shockingly bad defender and has lived off his attacking attributes too long
I thought the same. I had him down as a Newcastle United player before long. I think the Premier League star lifestyle has got the better of him. Shame.
