Morning - South Wales ...and it's sunny!!!! - looks like we're travelling back today with a drop off at Reading Uni (youngest) so I'll likely miss our usual weekend humiliation... and possible scouser celebrations
Lovely sunny day. Just did a track day with my son, home by half ten. Could have played golf, but am instead playing tomorrow, when it's raining. For some garden type pottering to do today, then Easter dinner down the in laws. Will have some lunch and a beer up the GC though, when I drop my son off. Christ has risen.
I was watching the Vatican service, then they switched to some nob doing a shouty service in York, which was doing my nut in....now they've switched back the Vatican and he's out and about now in his open top pope mobile. please log in to view this image
Not the best tbh but a lovely Sunday dinner and a short trip to the pub followed by Mrs luv and me cuddled up watching a good film and now a late night rum and it's been great. My youngest growing up and getting towards the man we hoped he'd be is a surprise this year it's been tough but he's knocked his uni siblings into touch with his humanity and love of family. Been a good day I hope you and yours have also had a good day?

Pope dead - guess his wish was to see the last Easter service. I assumed he'd been allowed to leave hospital knowing he was going to die, especially as I was surprised he pulled through as best as medical science could give him, but god decided time to leave now bruv.... please log in to view this image
