Matchday, we're off to Amsterdam visiting a market followed by a Thai meal before seeing Jools Holland and his Orchestra at the Paradiso. I'll keep an eye on the game in hope rather than expectation. Edit - A negative result won't dampen our day whereas a positive result will enhance it. COYR
We are just a tiddler in a big shoal, some tiddlers grow to be big fish, others just stay tiddlers until they get gobbled up,, if you want more fish puns, just trawl the net.
I’m not even interested in bettering derby’s record now. Can’t be bothered to even think about the lineup.
As a long in the tooth (those that are left) supporter I have both sorts of hope Bob and no hope. COYR!!
2-1 to Saints. West Ham have have a shocker and gift us two goals. JWP scores a free kick in 88th minute, but brave Saints hold on.
I'm not a fan of Malt Vinegar, prefer Balsamic I'm not trying to be Bourgeois, I just can't flippin help myself sometimes Like the Rice Vinegar one dips one Gyozos in too
Missed last week’s game because of picking my son up from the airport, but dropped him off at 09.10 this morning so I will be able to watch the game today. If/when we lose it will still be a good day as I have done a small food shop, made some cheese scones and now have the third wash of the day in the machine. Love seeing family but it’s hard work before, during and after when you are knocking on the door of being 70.
Absence of hope doesn't sound very life affirming Acceptance is maybe more the thing we're aiming for
