We have a local fish here in The Gulf called Hamour. I would have put up a picture but the only ones l could find were of filleted Hamour on ice, nowhere near as interesting as your photo of the Hammerhead. Hamour, as fish goes, is pretty tasteless, a bit like watching the Saints these days.
