Which major concern? NHS or immigration? I've always been concerned about both. Besides, I'm too busy in the folly to be trawling through posts made a year ago. If improvements are happening, I'm happy to praise my overlords. I'm not sure the number of illegals has gone down. I'd need proof before accepting that one.
