Well after my 4th letter Hughie and two juicies which had to be the first two Hughies, my eagle wasn't enough to win today in the Blond household. The lad worked it out as well... pressure mounting for tomorrow after two eagles on the bounce

 

To be honest I am actually getting pissed off with my low scores. A surprising 2 today

There must have been loads of options. I just plumped for a well used word and freaked out when all the greens came up. But I still maintain it is near on impossible to get many 2s in a row. Not that I've had 3 in a row (maybe not even 2 in a row). But I seem to have several below 4 lately. As soon as we get an uncommon word, I will probably be ****ed because I never guess with rare words. Mind you, as long as I don't change my starter word, I will eventually get a hole in 1 (I believe that will be sometime in the next 3 years)
