Off Topic Sunderland Fans - I need your help!

Good evening Sunderland fans!

As part of my final year university project, I am exploring whether or not financial regulations in football (IE: PSR, FFP) influence fans behaviour as consumers, and the impact of this on clubs revenue.

If you have a spare 5-10 mins, It would be greatly appreciated if you can complete the below survey which will really help my research.

There are also some additional questions in section 3 for EFL fans and fans of clubs who have recently experienced (or soon to be experiencing) promotion/relegation from the Premier League to asses if there are specific impacts on fans of these teams. It should take no more than 2 mins to complete these questions, and it would be greatly appreciated if you could do this.

The survey includes topics such as ticket prices, competitiveness of the game and the impact of financial sustainability for consumers.

I am an early leaver regularly. No worse a supporter than anyone else. The argument you seem to have is a bit daft mate, in my opinion. Unless you know everyones personal circumstance then saying early leavers can feck off is not on. In my opinion anyway.

 

So you don't support the team to the end. I'll let you sleep with that. I would never call myself a supporter if I was an Early Leaver. No excuses.

How can someone posting asking for assistance with research turn into an argument about people leaving early?

Everyone's circumstances are different, to me and probably most, leaving early does not mean anyone is less of a supporter than someone who stays until the end. Just like someone who can't afford to go to a match can still be as much of a supporter as me for example.

I'd hate to live in a binary world like that.

Anyway, ive done the survey and hope it helps their research project. Also fingers crossed he or she doesn't add a footnote saying Sunderland fans argue over ridiculous things like leaving early!

 

Well done BM, a few consciences have been pricked tonight... maybe these Early Leavers - Fell, LD and Daz - start supporting the team to the end of the game...

Is there anyway you can discount the Early Leavers opinions from your survey? Otherwise, it's prity pointless completing it.
