Quite disturbed by the story about Neil Young having potential issues with his visa upon returning to the US after his European tour. This is dispite him living in the US for over 50 years. There are all sorts of stories now comig out regarding people either being deported or refused entrance in to the US. My friends Dad was a communist and always had issues getting in to the US when he travelled to America. It made me under how strict the entry into US may be. I.e. political activists or people campaigning for environmental issues. I can see British tourists affiliated with Trade Unions being denied entrance.

In Dublin two weeks ago Mothers Against Genocide marchers were heavy handedly dealt with and were given cavity searches bizarrely. Two Irish citizens being deported from Germany for taking part in matches. They haven't been charged with anything. Scary times
