My son is flying into Spain tomorrow and rain is predicted for Saturday, Sunday and Monday. It’s been very wet here since the end of February, give or take the better weather for the last week or so. The only saving grace is that the temperature, when it’s not raining, is okayish. I will miss all, or most of the game as nipper’s flight is scheduled to land at 5 minutes to kick off, so we will probably play well.
We’re off to see Dorchester v Walton & Hersham Walton & Hersham is a strange partnership for a club. Walton is Stockbroker belt, Hersham was home to the Hersham Boys, Lace up boots and corduroys
Morning! More excited than I would be. I’m very excited by next season though. Just want this one done.
With "**** SR" badly scrawled on a massive bed sheet. The kids would be sleeping on a bare mattress but we all have to make sacrifices. Greater good etc etc
Have a feeling it could be a decent atmosphere today if we can stay in the game a while and the players put a shift in. We’re down, we’ve just sacked the manager and have caretakers in charge and the sun is shining. COYR
Yeah this kind of my thinking which is making me tempted to go but the rational part of me says we'll be two down at HT.
Interested to see how Rusk approaches the rest of the season. I'm not sure he can set us up like he did at Fulham for 7 games.
Agreed. We can't be that defensive every game, especially against West Ham at home and Leicester away. Although maybe today is a day to start like that for the first 45-60 minutes or until we concede.
