Yes very good. It was very noticeable how the midfield almost disappeared when Fulton came on for him. Joe was constantly moving into spaces and taking the ball, Fulton was static and all fluidity vanished.
AS is definitely having an effect on the players that LW left behind who apparently as a squad would struggle in League 1. The confidence was oozing out of the players by the end. Missed chances galore in the second half but perhaps those same players will score those goals on Saturday up in Sunderland. Fair play to the Plymouth fans who tried to get behind their team throughout. Pity the players didnt respond
there are teams below us playing each other and will share points or lose 3. We have home games against Hull and Oxford which are both winnable so yes I think we are safe.
Across the past 10 Championship seasons, an average of 44.5 points has been enough to avoid relegation to League One. That said, in 2012/13 Peterborough went down with 54pts
Taff there are too many teams down the bottom playing each other so points will be at a premium. Anyway we will beat Sunderland on Saturday and be completely safe...
I would think we are safe even if we don’t win any more matches at this point. That said, the goal must now be to finish the season very strong so as to fill us fans with as much false hope as possible for next season.
