There's obviously a lot going on behind the scenes of which we wont be aware, but the evidence of what we actually see on the pitch reflects badly on Riza's ability to produce a winning formula. Whether it's team selection, tactics or game management when things need addressing during the 90 minutes, he's been found wanting. Nice guy but no cigar for me.
