Seems like he likes to be in the Midlands. First opportunity to get back and he was off. Can see him going to Cov after Lampard.
Mowbray. 4 wins from 14, no win in 5 and lost 3 on the bounce. A lot of comments about confusing lineups, players out of position, consistently picking 'favourites' who are underperforming and a real lack of a style of play. Don't think he gets sacked before the end of the season but I'm confident he won't be there next season.
You're probably right, that's horrible form. Personally I think he'd be better suited to an academy role or working as an assistant/mentor to a young coach, especially after his illness. Why put yourself through all that stress and pressure?
I’ll be honest, I don’t really rate him. A cracking bloke and he done well to steady the ship here after Neil ****ed off but he also had some cracking players to work with.
I'll always look back on the 22/23 season fondly, played some great stuff and without injuries towards the end I think we had a real shot at going up. However, by the end of his tenure I was happy to see him go. I'll always maintain that just because what happened afterwards was a disaster it doesn't mean it wasn't the correct decision to move on from him.

"- Our striker playing on the right wing - Our best right winger is on the bench because our striker is there - Our best midfielder is upfront because our striker is out wide - An aging ponderous Swift plays because our best midfielder is upfront. How is any of that justifiable? It’s madness."
He’s a nice a bloke, but football is past him. He was rightly sacked after 2 wins in 9 and performances getting worse. I stand by that. What was wrong was bringing in MB. Glad he’s over his health scare but if he’s sacked can’t see him getting another coaching job. well Boro want him. Back
His pretty football will only get you so far, wish him nothing but the best but it might be time for him to hang it up
That'll be a relief to the bloke ... ... he looked like he was about to crack in the post-match interview. He's not done great but Cardiff are a basket case of a club tbh.
