About ten years ago, I was driving round the North Circ on the way to Charlton when I got stuck in the most horrendous traffic. I literally moved ten yards in an hour. Cars around me were overheating and people were shouting and hollering. Eventually, I moved on enough to see the problem. A lorry had jackknifed, blocking two of the three lanes - a Boots lorry, emblazoned with the slogan BOOTS: EASING CONGESTION. I had to laugh.
We do need immigration - persons who have something to offer to the UK. We do not need, nor should allow, immigrant persons who offer nothing to the UK. Oh my! I'm flapping my right wing

In central Scotchland the word "boot" is slang for a woman of, shall we say, very easy morals. Similar to the word "slut". Boots have eased my congestion many times
