The losses to Villa and Derby and this draw were a wake up call. To say the squad needs improving not only means nsw players (who wants to join a mediocre team?) but also to get the players increase their skills. They are a select few when one considers the numbers that play football and those that are rejected, Either coaching or selection are wrong. Supporters say stupid things on the media, but they haven't played in even semi=pro teams. I suppose they pay their £25 or whatever and entitled to express disappointment, But some of the personal remarks are crass.
